AT&T WIRELESS STORE
In order to offer customers a compelling, informative shopping experience, AT&T became the first retailer in the world to utilize Microsoft’s Surface technology. The large touch-screen allows staff and customers to easily and intuitively access a myriad of information on everything from plans to handsets. The Bluetooth enabled unit can also facilitate data exchange between devices for easy sales transactions and activations.
DMD worked closely with both multinational firms and designed a unit that successfully delivers AT&T’s brand and retail attributes, as well as, meeting the technical requirements laid out by Microsoft.
